Welcome to our beautiful lakefront retreat—a farmhouse-style cabin/chalet set on nearly 200 private acres. Unlike a community setting, this property offers complete privacy and seclusion. There are two other homes on the property (both owned by us), but you’ll be staying in the ACHIEVE Lakefront Cabin. Please follow the signage upon arrival. The entrance features a large black gate and a long paved driveway. You’ll receive your personalized gate code upon check-in for secure, easy access. 🌊 Included Amenities --> Kayaks & pedal boats -->Outdoor fire pit & indoor fireplace --> Newly refinished tennis court (rackets provided) And much more to enjoy during your stay! 📍 The property is ideally located near Blair Academy, several national parks, golf courses, and horseback riding, making it the perfect home base whether you’re here to relax or explore. 📍 Conveniently located just 1 hour from NYC and 20 minutes from local ski resorts, it’s the perfect year-round escape. 💍 We also welcome weddings, retreats, family gatherings, and special events. 🏡 Guest Guide & House Rules Welcome to our estate! We’re excited to host you and want to make sure you have a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay. Please review the following guidelines. 👥 Reservations & Guests Your reservation must list the correct number of people and pets. Extra guests (staying or visiting) require approval and incur a fee. Security cameras are located at the front gate and in front of each home. ⏰ Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Please share your estimated arrival time in advance. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available for a $100 fee (subject to availability). 👨👩👧 Capacity & Events Maximum capacity: 20 guests total across the 3 chalets/cottages: Dream Chalet – 6 guests Believe Chalet – 6 guests Achieve Chalet – 8 guests Perfect for family reunions, retreats, small weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. ❌ Not suitable for large parties, loud groups, or disruptive events. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. 🗑️ Garbage & Cleaning All garbage must be taken to the bins at the front of the property. Do not leave garbage inside or outside the cottage, as it attracts wildlife. Please treat the home as your own—excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee. 🐾 Pets If you’re bringing pets, there is a pet fee per pet: Do not allow pets to swim in the lake and then enter the home. Pets must not go on beds or furniture unless dry and clean. Bring extra towels for your pets—guest towels are not to be used for pets. 🛁 Towels Guest towels are for people only. Do not use towels outside, for pets, or to clean shoes/boots. 🔥 Fireplaces & Firepits Firewood and matches are provided—bring your own fire starters if needed. Do not overfill fireplaces with wood. Fires must always be attended and fully extinguished before leaving. 🛠️ Amenities Provided Toiletries & linens: robes, towels, extra blankets, sheets, toilet paper. Kitchen: Nespresso coffee maker (regular pods), toaster, cookware, utensils, wine glasses, oil, salt, pepper, etc. Cleaning: vacuum, cleaning supplies, paper towels. Laundry: washer & dryer in every home with detergent & softener included. If you need something specific, please ask—we’ll do our best to help. 👶 Traveling With Babies & Kids A real crib with a new mattress is provided. Additional cribs may be arranged upon request (based on availability). We’re kid-friendly—please let us know if you need anything special. 🎾 Tennis Court Our newly refinished tennis court is free for guest use. Rackets are provided (balls available when stocked). Please return rackets and balls and leave the court tidy. 🧹 Housekeeping If you’d like housekeeping services during your stay, let us know and we’ll arrange it (additional cost). 🌲 Wildlife & Nature The property is located in a forest—you may encounter deer, foxes, coyotes, raccoons, bears, turkeys, turtles, snakes, and more. Most animals will avoid you. Expect to see insects such as bees, spiders, flies, and mosquitoes—keep doors closed and take precautions when hiking. ✨ Thank you for respecting these rules. No surprise visitors or parties are allowed without prior knowledge.
