🏡 House Rules & Guest Guide Welcome to our estate! We are thrilled to host you and want to ensure your stay is comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. Please take a few moments to read the following important guidelines. 👥 Reservations & Guests Your reservation must list the correct number of guests and pets. Extra guests (whether staying overnight or visiting) must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee. For everyone’s safety, please note there are security cameras at the front gate and in front of each home. ⏰ Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Please provide your approximate time of arrival in advance. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $100 fee, depending on availability. 👨👩👧 Capacity & Events The estate accommodates a maximum of 20 guests, divided among three chalets/cottages: Dream Chalet – 6 guests Believe Chalet – 6 guests Achieve Chalet – 8 guests Perfect for: family reunions, retreats, small weddings, birthdays, corporate events, ski weekends, photography/film shoots. Not suitable for: large parties, loud groups, or disruptive events. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and must be respected. 🗑️ Garbage & Cleaning All garbage must be taken to the designated bins at the front of the property. Do not leave garbage inside or outside the cottage, as it attracts animals. Please leave the home tidy and in good condition for the next guests. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee. 🐾 Pets If you’re bringing pets, there is a pet fee per pet: Do not allow pets to swim in the lake and then enter the home. Pets must not be on beds or furniture unless dry and clean. Please bring your own towels for pets — guest towels may not be used for them. 🛁 Towels Guest towels are for people only. Do not use towels for pets, outdoors, or for cleaning shoes/boots. 🔥 Fireplace & Firepit Firewood and matches are provided. Please bring your own fire starters. Do not overfill fireplaces with wood. Fires must never be left unattended. 🛠️ Amenities Provided Toiletries & linens: robes, towels, extra blankets, sheets, hair dryer, toilet paper, paper towels. Kitchen: Nespresso machine (regular pods), toaster, pots/pans, silverware, wine glasses, oil, salt, pepper, mixer, cleaning products. Laundry: washer and dryer in every home, with detergent & softener included. If you need something specific, just ask — we’ll do our best to accommodate. 👶 Traveling With Babies & Kids A real crib with a new mattress is provided. Additional cribs can be arranged upon request (subject to availability). We are kid-friendly — let us know if you need anything special. 🎾 Tennis Court The newly renovated tennis court is available for guest use, free of charge. Tennis rackets (and balls, when stocked) are provided. Please return all rackets and balls and leave the court tidy. 🧹 Housekeeping Housekeeping services can be arranged upon request (additional fee applies). 🌲 Wildlife & Nature The property is located in a forest — you may encounter deer, foxes, coyotes, raccoons, bears, turkeys, turtles, snakes, and more. Insects such as bees, spiders, flies, and mosquitoes are also common. Please keep doors closed and be cautious when hiking.
